Current Projects
Throughout the last 30 years, Crownhill Builders Inc. has managed to gain experience in countless areas of construction. Because each project is unique we have managed to broaden our knowledge of a variety of jobs such as: banks, churches, community centers, educational facilities, medical facilities, retail office space, small apartment complexes, and restaurants and manage to use each experience as key references for projects to come. American Bank of Texas |
Constructed this free standing bank in Garden Ridge. Project consists of main bank building with attached drive thru lanes. The project exterior is EFIS with native limestone, glass curtain walls and spandrel glass. The roof is membrane and standing seam metal. A water reclamation tank is included for irrigation use. |
WestEnd Multi-Purpose Building |
Includes demolition of an existing public park building and the construction of a new activity/food service facility. Project also includes extensive sitework and upgrading of a second existing building.. |
Northeast Lakeview College (ACCD) Metal Storage Building |
Construction of a metal storage building at the Northeast Lakeview College. The work includes the construction of a new 1800 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building. |
COSA Granados Park Adult Activity Center |
Renovation of a historical residence to act as the community building for a neighborhood park. |
Northwest Campus at Alamo Downs |
New construction of an 18,971 sq. ft. private school for the Foundation’s Northwest Campus. |
Whispering Waters Day Spa |
This is a state of the art health spa with water features, whirlpools and medi-pedi equipment. |
Contreras Office Building |
A two story structural steel frame office building with stucco, aluminum store front glass and metal roof. The project includes a finished out commercial laundry facility. |
Scoutreach Leadership Development |
A wood framed structure with standing seam colored metal roof and stucco/brick exterior in a North-Woods motif.. |
Southcross Paystation (Bexar Metropolitan Water District) |
Construction of a new facility for the drive thru and walk in customer payment center for the Bexar Metropolitan Water District located on the South side of San Antonio complete with office, restroom and general facility design. |
New Directions Alternative School |
Construction of a new facility for "troubled" teens located on the NE side of San Antonio to include all major disciplines such as MEP and HVAC. |
United Methodist Church |
Renovations to the Floresville United Methodist Church including site work, MEP, HVAC and other various disciplines to the overall renovation to the church structure. |
Frost National Bank |
Constructed the banks first two story prototype on the north central side of San Antonio. Located in the old parking lot of what was once referred to as Central Park mall, the bank is adjacent to the Sears department store and the new Park North Shopping Center. |
Emisa Medical Group |
Constructed the two story office building and complete finish out with stucco and native limestone exterior with standing steam metal roofing including parking lot and landscaping |
Metropolitan Methodist Plaza (Health Texas Medical Group) |
New 5,200 sq foot lease space finish out for Physician PrimeCare, Health Texas Medical Group and Physician PrimeCare Management, LTD near downtown San Antonio. |
Falcon International Bank |
Constructed Falcon Bank’s first prototype in San Antonio, TX. Consisted of the constructed of a free standing bank building on the city’s South Side. |
St. Lawrence Catholic Church |
Construction of free standing building with associated parking, covered walks, and landscaping. The building included administrative offices, classrooms and conference rooms surrounding an open courtyard. The building consists of a structual steel skeleton and metal stud exterior and partition walls. The exterior skin is lath and plastic with an electrometric coating. The roof of the building is standing seam metal. |
St. Andrews Church |
Project required the preservation of the original skeleton and the renovation of the sanctuary and gallery. This project also required assisting the architect and structural engineer in ensuring the structural integrity on this “period” architectural design. |
Sea World of Texas |
Constructed the renovation of the grand pavilion, upgrade of several food service facilities and restrooms, as well as the creation of the Clydesdale horse shade structure and the renovation of the main gift shop. |
Southpark Medical Center (Remodel) |
Interior renovations on an existing full service medical center that includes medical offices as well as a pharmacy. Selective demolition and reconfiguration of certain rooms will be involved. The medical group will continue operations during the construction of the project. |
